Adult Cooking: Knife Skills Class 101

In this basic class for adult home chefs, we'll learn to hold and use knives safely and efficiently. Proper knife use and care can make home cooking a pleasure. In this class, we will be turning vegetables into a healthy and colorful meal. Learning to use a knife properly will ensure that moving forward, you have the best experience in the kitchen.

What to Expect:

Classes are 1.5 hours in length.

The class is for 18+ years of age.

Hands-on classes are limited to 12 students.

All classes are taught by vetted professionals who have undergone a background check.

What to expect: You'll be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class - so wear comfortable closed-toe shoes, and for those with long hair, please have it tied back. After the class, you'll have time to consume your masterpieces.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for check-in.
