Check out our Intuitive Cooking class! We'll give you tips to help your intuition guide you in the kitchen. Learn to use your senses, some basic techniques, flavor profiles, and what's in your refrigerator to throw together meals quickly and easily. You'll be making meals without a recipe in no time!

This is a family class, and participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Alycia believes in the power of food-based nourishment to not only heal, but also bring people together. Her passion for real, home cooked food began at a young age when she dove into her mom’s Good Housekeeping Cookbook. As a server in college, Alycia was always more interested in what was going on in the kitchen, and held stints as a sushi apprentice, catering prep-cook, and piroshki-maker.

In her 20’s, Alycia experienced how dietary and lifestyle changes impacted her wellbeing and has been dedicated to empowering others with the same knowledge.
