Meal Prep Basics

If you’re struggling to get dinner on the table quickly, find yourself grabbing something expensive and not so tasty for lunch, and scramble in the AM to find something for breakfast, then this class will help you get a plan in place! Our meal prep basics class will introduce you to different types of meal prep and give you the confidence to apply meal prep fundamentals for easier, healthier, and more efficient meals. During class, we’ll prepare and enjoy a meal together, and you’ll go home with recipes, breakfast for the next day, and a soup kit starter!

This is a family class, and participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Alycia believes in the power of food-based nourishment to not only heal, but also bring people together. Her passion for real, home cooked food began at a young age when she dove into her mom’s Good Housekeeping Cookbook. As a server in college, Alycia was always more interested in what was going on in the kitchen, and held stints as a sushi apprentice, catering prep-cook, and piroshki-maker.

In her 20’s, Alycia experienced how dietary and lifestyle changes impacted her wellbeing and has been dedicated to empowering others with the same knowledge.
