About the event
In Chinese, “dim sum” literally means “a light touch on the heart,” which is an ideal way to describe these small, delicious sweet or savory dishes. Similar to tapas (small plates), it’s a great way to try a variety of different items (and share) in a single sitting. Chefs Jacob and Emerson will show you how to make several different healthy kinds of dim sum, some with meat, some with veggies, that you’ll love and will want to make again at home in the future!
-- This Class is Gluten free and Vegetarian Friendly
