About the event
Chef Joe Stone is back to teach how to make all your favorite dim sum dishes: pork dumplings, potstickers, shu mai, and shrimp wontons! Along with his extensive experience in professional kitchens, Joe was previously the Executive Chef at Portland’s P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and is now the Director of Food and Beverage for a local private country club. You know this is going to be a good one!
